The Lake Winds Industrial Park is positioned on State Route 163 and just seven minutes from State Route 2. The County-owned industrial park with all public utilities and infrastructure in place. Largest parcel is 24 acres. Property is located in a Community Reinvestment Area, Enterprise Zone and Foreign Trade Zone Sub-Zone. The industrial park provides seamless access to major transportation networks, ensuring efficient goods and service movement.

The Lake Erie Business Park is strategically located on State Route 2, an essential east-west corridor. The business park offers easy access to major transportation networks, including highways, railroads, and Lake Erie ports. Erie-Ottawa International Airport
